Elite Smeralda Room renders at its guests' disposal a diligent and professional service to make any stay in Sardinia unforgettable.
Service: Only overnight stay (breakfast, lunch and dinner excluded).
Free Services:Private unguarded parking.
- Shared swimming pool for adults and children (open from 1st June to 30th September).
- Wi-Fi in the apartment, supplied by a third party (any eventual network outages are not attributable to Elite Smeralda Room).
- Free shuttle to the Sassi and Ira beaches (provided by the Consorzio di Porto Rotondo from 15th June to 15th September).

Penalties incurred upon cancellation:
- no penalty applies for cancellations communicated within 30 days prior to the date of arrival (excluding the period 5th-28th August, which incurs a 50% penalty)
- from 30 to 16 days prior to arrival: a penalty of 30% is applied (excluding the period 5th-28th August, which incurs a 50% penalty)
- from 14 to 8 days prior to arrival: 50% penalty (excluding the period 5th-28th August, which incurs a 50% penalty)
- less than 8 days prior to arrival or no-show: 100% penalty
- departure prior to that pre-reserved: 100% of the non-utilised sojourn
Conditions of stay:
- Check-in and handover of the apartment commences from 4:00 pm on the day of arrival
- Check-out and leaving of room: by 10:00 am on day of departure
- Obligatory security deposit, required to guarantee payment of optional services and any eventual damages incurred: €200 (payable upon check-in, together with payment of the entire stay and compulsory final cleaning).

- Executive Two Room apartment/Duplex €100
- Standard 3-room apartment €100
- Executive 3-room apartment/Darsena suite €120
Pets (small-size dogs and cats):
are permitted upon request at time of booking, with a supplement of 150 euro per stay. In accordance with the current legislation pertaining to health regulations, access to certain areas of the structure is not permitted.
The Management reserves the right to restrict the availability of certain services during the periods considered as low- and mid-season.
